Rapid Transformational Therapy has emerged as a distinctive hybrid approach that combines Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioral Programming and Psychotherapy.

RTT was designed to provide rapid relief and permanent results. RTT uses a language that speaks to the subconscious and sparks the imagination. The words in your personal bespoke recording are customized just for you so it is essential that you listen to it for a minimum of 21 days to receive the full benefit and get the results you deserve. The recording lays down pathways and forms new connections on a cellular level.

As the pathways are strengthened new behaviors become second nature.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it feel like?

The experience feels different for different people. Don’t expect to feel ‘hypnotised’. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

No! That’s an old tale. You are in control the whole time. We will have a normal conversation. You can agree and disagree during the whole session, you control everything. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave to go to the bathroom. If it is a remote session and our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice anymore and open your eyes.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is just a natural state of relaxation, like before falling asleep. It is like daydreaming and you may or may not notice going deeper into that natural state when it is suggested to you. We think we have never done it before although we do it every day. Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works just by getting into the different brainwave state that is the same as when you’re in REM-state. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too! 

How long does a session take?

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask you to block 2.5 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed. 

What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Important is that you relax and just surrender to the thought that it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective. 

What if I think I already know the reason behind my issue?

What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning you attached to an experience and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see. 

What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to know that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it from a safe perspective, like on a TV screen. YOU are safe. I am with you, I will guide you and create a safe space for you to express your emotion sand heal – you’ll be OK. 

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy® – every person is different: a) Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. b) Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. c) Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. 

What if I need or want another session?

RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to three sessions. Some clients want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life. For both these reasons I offer different packages.

Why is using Hypnosis effective with RTT Therapy?

​When using hypnosis, the heightened state of control allows your mind to have more focus not less because the critical chattering conscious mind is bypassed.

To make positive, permanent change we need more than will power and logic, we need to connect to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where all the habits and beliefs live. This is where we operate on auto pilot, and this is where we live most of the day. There are so many things we do unconsciously every day. We shop, we eat, we drive the car, watch a movie, we do mundane jobs all at the subconscious level. We don’t even have to think about what we are doing most of the time it’s just repetition of the things we have already learnt and done over and over again.

This is why Hypnotherapy and RTT Therapy are so phenomenal. In that state where we are so switched off and absorbed, we can install new habits and new beliefs on a permanent level. You won’t ever have to use will power again to control or change a particular issue. Positive suggestions are planted like seeds into the subconscious and new beliefs are able to take hold.

We can access beliefs that were formed many years ago and using RTT change them into positive thoughts and positive beliefs. Using Hypnosis and RTT allows your mind to become receptive to suggestions but only the suggestions you want. If a suggestion does not align with you morally or ethically it cannot be absorbed. Therefore, you can never be forced to do anything you don’t want to do or be made to believe anything you don’t want to believe. You are always in control. We work together to find out what things you want to change and how you would like them to be changed for the better. It’s always your choice.

Hypnosis is a completely natural trance state and you have probably done it a million times without knowing. I bet you’ve forgotten if you passed a street or not on the way home. I bet you’ve been so engrossed in a Movie you’ve been startled when the phone rang, or day dreaming and lost all track of time. Meditation is the same state but not as precisely and individually guided.
