1x 15 minute follow up call after 7 days. (If you so desire) To offer guidance and support and understanding. Sometimes you just need to share something personal that you may not be comfortable to share with loved ones yet.
1x 30 to 45 minute phone call after 21 days to check on your progress and to discuss what is next for you on your journey.
It’s a great time to touch base and see how far you have progressed.

An issue or blockage in our life can take from 1 to 2 sessions or 3 sessions at the most to transform, or many, many sessions of other styles of therapy. When I have performed 3 sessions on a client over the course of 9 weeks we have been able to cover a lot more than one issue. We have been able to deep dive and get to the root cause of many intertwining issues and symptoms. When I have been fortunate
